Financial Options

We are committed to providing you with the best care possible. In order to achieve this we need your help and understanding of our payment policies. Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless prior payment arrangements have been approved in advance. We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also offer monthly payment options thru Care Credit. We will confidently discuss your proposed dental treatment and answer any questions relating to payment and insurance.

Our office has always been happy to work with patients covered by dental insurance. We think insurance is a great incentive to maintain a vital level of dental health. But it is rare—very rare—that a dental plan will cover 100% of your dental fees. We accept assignment of benefits from all companies. Most companies will send payment directly to us. We will pre-determine the benefits payable for your treatment; you will only pay the estimated portion at the time of your visit. Once all insurance has been paid, however, you will be responsible for any unpaid balance. Some insurance companies will only send insurance payment directly to you. We will be glad to submit all claims for you. However, you must pay the entire balance at the time of treatment. While filing of your insurance is a courtesy that we extend to our patients, all charges are your responsibility from the date of service.
